To use the service, simply go to the storage area at Via Roma 136 between 9 am and 8 pm with your luggage. The front desk will provide a ticket with a unique code for collection upon payment. No sensitive information will be requested.

Luggage porter service must be requested within 24 hours of pick-up/drop-off and costs €5, regardless of the number of bags. The cost is per address. For multiple addresses, a €3 surcharge will apply.

It is forbidden to store flammable liquids, explosives, toxic substances, animals, perishable goods, or substances that emit unpleasant odors.

Fragile items such as glass bottles, ceramic souvenirs, etc. must be declared at check-in to allow for storage in a dedicated area.

You can store bags, backpacks, trolleys, strollers, beach items (umbrellas, chairs, games, etc.), paintings, various equipment (except prohibited items), clothing, fragile items, and anything else that doesn’t fall into the “bulky” category (reservation required) and/or materials and items that fall into the “prohibited” category.
